Bonjuk Keychain by Urth Yarns

Boncuk means “bead” in Turkish, pronounced “BON-juk”, referring to bead-like puff stitches.

This cute little keychain will bring a colourful personal touch to your keys or bag, using the small amounts of leftover Uneek Worsted. Attaching optional beads or charms to the end of the chain in the final step adds a personal touch to your Boncuk keychain.

Materials: about 8-10g leftovers of Urth Uneek Worsted, per keychain, shown in 4004, 4001, 4017, 4021, 4007

Sizes: one size

Dimensions: 10.25”/26 cm circumference, ?(not including the loop) ?x 1”/2.5 cm height

Hook: US D-3/3.25 mm

Gauge: 5x(1 puff st + 1 ch) = 4’’/10 cm, ?exact gauge is not crucial
Notions: Tapestry needle, ?optional beads or charms

Skills: A beginner-friendly, easy level pattern.
The techniques involved are: crocheting flat, half double crochet, puff stitches, joining pieces with single crochet stitches.
